Hermosa is a modern Californian bistro & grill that serves, what we like to call, ‘progressive international cuisine’ - something a little bit different to the rest of the coast. Our kitchen embraces the philosophy of ‘Californian cuisine’ which emphasises the use of locally procured fresh seasonal produce where possible. This means that our menus often change to accommodate the availability of such ingredients. Our dishes typically combine the flavours of the old and new world from Tuscany to the Pacific Rim and feature modern interpretations of traditional European, American and Asian cuisine. Our menus also feature a unique dining experience, ‘The Grill’, which enables you to comfortably stray from the confines of a traditional A la carte and actually design a main course to suit you. All of our dishes are freshly prepared every day and cooked to order, we like to serve fresh food, not fast food. Our setting is relaxed and comfortable. Low key and romantic. We like to call it ‘fine-casual’ dining. Our wine list features some of the finest local and international selections.
